Regulations of payment
The Turbobit provides the following electronic and interactive service abilities for Users:
- upload of Users’ own content, materials, files (including, but not limited to, images, audio and video files) (hereinafter referred to as the "User Content") to the Site and provision of access to the uploaded files for third parties;
- download of files and User Content of other Site Users;
- use of technical facilities of the Site for shared File Sharing and User Content with other Users and third parties;
- use of the Service for own File Storing and own User Content Storing.
The Site works only as a transport for User Content sharing and has no legal responsibility for the content of a User Content. If you have any questions about the content of a User Content, please contact the file Owner, a User who has upload it in the Site.
A payment for extended options of Site is a payment for extensive Site facilities usage, such as a wider data transfer channel, and cannot be regarded as a file content purchase payment.
To obtain extended services you must select the most suitable method of payment on the special page and then follow the instructions that are given there.
The cost of paid services is displayed on the site in USD. For a number of regions and countries information about the cost of the extended service package is displayed on the site in the local currency of the User (e.g. EUR, RUB, TRY, etc.). The value of a conversion from USD to the local currency of the country is set directly by the payment processor. Also, payment processors may charge additional transaction fees, up to 20% of the cost of the extended service package.
In order to receive a refund for your Premium access, you need to contact the Technical support - https://help-turbobit-net.kayako.com.
Refunds can be done on a case by case basis and not later than 30 days from the initial order. It means a refund can be requested during the first thirty days since the initial subscription date. The request must describe a material reason for the refund. Refund requests are processed on a case-by-case basis. We don't provide partial refunds.
Your account will then revert to a free account and be subject to the restrictions of a free account.
Warning! When you request a refund on cancellation of purchase, the refund is made only to the same payment details (including the same bank card) from which the payment was made.
All Users who purchase a paid Premium account can order an additional paid option such as - "Reduced subscription price " After expiry of Premium Access, the service will be automatically extended with a discount or premium bonus period. The User agrees that the subscription will be automatically renewed and the payment method chosen by the User will be charged at the end of each service period.
You can disable subscription at any time on the Site by contacting Technical Support at any time you prefer.
